Summary:
This packet is the place to start in giving a Eucharistic retreat, preparing people to recieve First Holy Communion, etc. Two lessons explain the hunger to live life to the full that is found in each human heart. We will either eat from the dumpster or banquet. We are all called to the banquet, which is the wedding feast of the Lamb. Two lessons focus on the New Translation of the Mass for the Liturgy of the Eucharist and one lesson focuses on a proper and preferred way to receive Our Lord in the Eucharist. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Faith. We see that Jesus through His Incarnation, Passion, Death and Ressurectionthere gives the gift of self showing that there is no greater love than to lay down your life for a friend.
